The team came out, thoroughly understood all the code requirements, and double-checked everything with me before providing a quote. After discussing some location changes, we settled on an optimal spot that balanced efficient charging and compliant wiring for safety. After the installation, they also mounted the requested accessories to securely hold and retain the charging cable. Overall, I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the outcome. I especially want to thank Carlos, the electrician, for being so thorough and helpful throughout the install. He made sure I understood all the safety and code considerations, which I really appreciated.

Originally, I had wanted to get an estimate on installing a light fixture in my garage. I had mentioned that several years ago I had a house fire and the house had to be completely rewired. Raul said that as a courtesy, they would look at the electric panels to make sure they were up to code. The outside panel was ok, but we found out the garage panel was not completely grounded, so they fixed it. Raul and Mason were very knowledgeable and courteous, so I'll be making an appointment with them to have the light fixture installed in the garage in a couple of weeks.
